1. Adding Their Best Scorer

Despite not having their star player all season, the Indiana Pacers have been able to keep themselves alive in the Eastern Conference playoff race. They are just two games out of the seventh seed in the East, and bringing Paul George back would give them their franchise player at the right time.

They have built a much more competitive team this year than they have had in years past, but they need a superstar who can take over games down the stretch and finish games off. George fits that bill perfectly, and would be the guy for the Pacers. It may take a couple of weeks for him to get back to that level, but he won’t step foot onto the court without being 100 percent.

Indiana needs to add more scoring, and getting George back on the court would be exactly what they need. They could make a trade at the deadline to help, but there aren’t many scorers in the league that are better than George when he is on his game.
