Royals shortstop Alcides Escobar’s SUV is golden (Photo)
Kansas City Royals SS Alcides Escobar spared no expense when it came to his car
I think every kid has ideas about what they would do if were a millionaire. The ideas are ridiculous and fun, and some people, when they do end up with millions of dollars, decide to buy something to treat their inner kid.
Alcides Escobar is clearly such a person.
Escobar, the shortstop for the Kansas City Royals, has a golden SUV, as revealed by this tweet (photo included, thankfully):

Just look at that thing. I mean, really.
That car is the stuff of legend. Either Escobar has found the mythical city of El Dorado, or he’s unearthed some Aztec gold (be careful with that stuff) and had it melted down into the shape of a car.
This is the kind of thing the explorers of the Middle Ages were searching for when they came to the Americas. Turns out they came 500 years too soon.
Can you imagine driving down the street in that thing? He probably causes tons of crashes by blinding drivers as he passes them. Also, DO NOT take that to an even mildly dangerous neighborhood, Alcides Escobar.
