9. Tyler Lockett-WR-Seattle Seahawks

Lockett makes this list mainly due to the situation he was drafted into as he went with the fifth pick in the third round.  The Seahawks aggressively traded up to land the former KSU receiver sending a collection of picks to the Redskins to land the small-but-fast Lockett.

In many ways, Lockett is the return man and versatile weapon that the Seahawks lost when they had to unload Percy Harvin last season, but Lockett has received lots of praise for this character and work ethic which was one of the reasons Seattle was attracted to him.

He doesn’t have quite as clear a path to playing time as Strong or the other WR later on this list, but his speed and versatility could earn him a role in the Seattle offense who needs WR and tens to make the most of their mid-round selections.  Russell Wilson could ultimately make fellow third-rounder Lockett fantasy relevant this year so keep an eye on him lat in your draft or early on the waiver wire.
