7. Chris Coghlan-OF-Chicago Cubs: Although it isn’t a huge sample size, Chris Coghlan has played well against the Nationals Tanner Roark in the past going 5-10 (.500) with a double against him. Roark will be making his first start of the season, and Coghlan will look to welcome him to the rotation by knocking him around Wrigley.

6. Ryan Braun-OF-Milwaukee Brewers: Braun is sure to cost you much more than Coghlan, but don’t overlook the Brewers OF just because he’s taking on Tim Lincecum.  In fact, Braun hits Lincecum well coming into today with an 8-25 (.320) career history against him including a double, three home runs, and eight RBI.

5. Giancarlo Stanton-OF-Miami Marlins: The Pirates get Charlie Morton back in their rotation in time for this week’s series against the Marlins, and Giancarlo Stanton should be thrilled to welcome him back.  Stanton is  7-15 (.467) with a pair of doubles and a pair of RBI against Morton in his career which could make him worth his hefty price-tag in daily leagues.

4. Adrian Beltre-3B-Texas Rangers: The Indians and Rangers open their series this afternoon in Cleveland as the Tribe sends Shaun Marcum to the hill.  One hitter in the Rangers lineup that has had success against the veteran righty is Adrian Beltre who is 9-23 (.391) against him in their previous meetings with six of those nine hits resulting in extra bases.  Beltre has taken Marcum deep three times and added three doubles as well while picking up 9 RBI.
