It’s been two years since Ryne Sandberg stepped into his first managerial gig, and he has learned time and time again that the job isn’t an easy one. Ken Giles is the latest example of someone making Sandberg’s job harder than it has to be, as blowing up on your coaching staff isn’t the best way to get yourself a coveted closing role.
