NBA Mock Draft 2015: Who will dominate lottery picks?

C. Wisconsin. Frank Kaminsky. 11. player. 100. <p> </p> <p>One of the biggest needs this summer for the Pacers will be finding a replacement for Roy Hibbert at center. The likelihood that he’s back after next season is slim, assuming he’s even back at all this summer. Willie Cauley-Stein is a natural fit here, but if he’s not available then Frank Kaminsky makes sense as well.</p> <p>Indiana could look at a guard here, as Larry Bird has been high on Cameron Payne for a while. But with Indiana wanting to play smaller in 2015-16, adding an offensive big man like Kaminsky, who is solid defensively, could be something that triggers a turnaround next season.</p> <p>He’s not the top center in the draft, but he could be considered as such of Kaminsky falls to the right team — who might be Indiana.</p>
