Minnesota Timberwolves 2015-16 NBA Schedule

The NBA season is right around the corner, and the Minnesota Timberwolves know who they have to prepare for on their 2015-16 schedule. 

It has been over a decade since the Minnesota Timberwolves were last in the postseason but the pieces seem to be coming together to end that draught in the near future. That might not be something that happens this season but there is a lot of young talent in Minnesota ready to be groomed to be solid in the future and return glory to the basketball boneyard of Minneapolis.

This is basically how all good Minnesota teams build themselves up. The Twins did it this way int he late 90s and into the 2000s and they were a staple in the AL Postseason. The Minnesota Wild have done this as well and are now considered by many in the NHL  to be the next great team to pop in the Western Conference. That’s what the Timberwolves want, and with young talent like Andrew Wiggins, Zach LaVine, Tyus Jones and Karl-Anthony Towns, the team is going to be primed for a big future if everything comes together.

That’s the uncertainty surrounding the team, as the Wolves have had solid teams on paper in the past but haven’t made it to the postseason since 2003-04. But Kevin Garnett and Flip Saunders are back to try and restore those glory years and there is excitement in Minnesota about the Wolves like there hasn’t been in years.
