Brian Quick-St. Louis Rams

Quick is expected to be the top receiving threat for Jeff Fisher’s Rams this season, and he has one of the highest floors of any late round WR as a result.  Even if Quick struggles to get back to 100% after his shoulder injury that shortened last season, he will be involved enough to stay on the radar as a WR3 especially if Nick Foles stays healthy at QB.

Last season, Quick was one of my favorite waiver wire WR until he blew out his shoulder in week eight.  Despite that possible career-ender, Quick is back as the team’s top WR option without much competition. Before the injury, Quick had at least 74 yards and five catches in three games while finding the end zone three times as well.

He hasn’t played much this preseason although he did make his debut in week 3 against the Colts. He only played a few snaps and wasn’t targeted, but he didn’t have any setbacks and continues on his road to recovery.

While I wouldn’t draft Quick planning to start him week 1, I do think he is a great depth addition to your WR corps. Since he’s currently going in the 18th round of most leagues, he’s definitely worth a look as a late round WR who could emerge as a solid starting option for your fantasy team by midseason.
