Lance Dunbar-Dallas Cowboys (8.3%)

In the Cowboys week 1 win, Dunbar served as the Cowboys passing-down back and finished with a team-high (tied with Jason Witten) eight catches for a team-high 70 yards. Dunbar didn’t get any carries, but he clearly has a role in the Dallas passing game.

Dunbar could be in line for a continued increase in targets with Dez Bryant sidelined for the next several weeks. He isn’t a traditional running back and may not get any carries, but he’s still a flier to consider among the waiver wire running backs since Dallas should be passing the ball plenty this week in Philadelphia.

Dallas played from behind this week against the Giants, and whenever they’re forced to do that, Dunbar will get more work.  His value is much higher in PPR leagues than standard scoring leagues, but he’s worth a flier in many formats as a depth-builder who could see his role increase if either Darren McFadden or Joseph Randle go down with injury.
