2. Ted Ginn Jr.-Carolina Panthers (15.0%)

The Panthers have been stretched incredibly thin at wide receiver due to a rash of injuries that started in the preseason when Kelvin Benjamin was lost for the season.  Two weeks ago, Jerricho Cotchery was also injured and has missed time with the dreaded high ankle sprain.

While Greg Olsen is definitely the top option for Cam Newton in the passing game, Ginn has emerged as the go-to threat at wide receiver.  He was targeted six times in week three bringing his total for the season to an impressive 22.  He hauled in four of those six passes for 93 yards against the Saints and almost broke his 55 yard catch for an even bigger play and a touchdown.

Ginn is a big-play threat, so his value isn’t quite as high in PPR leagues, but he is getting enough targets and chances to go off to make him worth a look especially in leagues that give bonuses for big plays.  Finn and the Panthers look to move to 4-0 as they visit Tampa to take on the Bucs this week before going on their bye week 5.
