8. DeVante Parker-Miami Dolphins (33.2%)

While a foot injury forced Parker to start the season slow, his role is steadily growing for Miami and makes sense as a long-term pickup from among the waiver wire wide receivers.  Parker was Miami’s first-round pick out of Louisville, so they have big plans for working him into their offense as the season goes on.

In week 1, Parker played just one play, but he saw an increase to 17 snaps in week 2.  In week 3, he played his most active role yet catching three of seven targets for 46 yards and drawing two red zone targets as well.

Parker isn’t quite to the level of involvement where you should be starting him just yet, but he is 100% healthy and “getting better every single day” according to his offensive coordinator Bill Lazor.  The Dolphins take on the Jets in London this week before their bye week 5.  After that, Miami has a favorable schedule against the Titans and Texans and by then I think Parker will definitely be worth looking at as a flex option.
