1. Hue Jackson

Hue Jackson is currently the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals. He has produced a solid offense for the AFC North team led by quarterback Andy Dalton, running backs Jeremy Hill and Giovani Bernard and wide receiver A.J. Green.

Jackson already had a run as a head coach back in 2011. He led the Oakland Raiders to an 8-8 record in his only season at the helm. The team brought in general manager Reggie McKenzie that offseason to run the team and let go of Jackson shortly after.

Bringing in Jackson as the Dolphin’s coach would be an effort to make  Tannehill worth the large contract extension he was given. The team still sees him as a franchise quarterback, so bringing in one of the hotter offensive minds in the game could help. Philbin was thought of as a top play caller when he was hired before the 2012 season (Maybe because he worked with Aaron Rodgers) but the offense just hasn’t performed up to expectations.

If the Bengals offense continues to perform at a high level, Jackson will certainly get some looks as a head coach. He would deserve a second chance after not getting much of a look in his first go-around.
