Josh McCown-QB-Cleveland Browns (1.8%)

Macon has the Browns offense looking like a solid group right now and Cleveland’s defensive struggles have given him plenty of chances to throw the ball the last two weeks.  McCown hasn’t led the Browns to any wins this season, but his fantasy football numbers have been pretty good.

In the last two weeks, McCown has totaled 697 passing yards with four touchdowns and one interception.  He has attempted over 40 passes in each of the last two games, and is definitely trusted by coach Mike Pettine to make plays to get the Browns the yardage they need.

In week 5, McCown and the Browns take on the Ravens who have given up good games to Michael Vick and Derek Carr the last two weeks.  Hopefully for Browns fans, McCown doesn’t have to air it out quite as much, but fantasy owners can consider adding him since he’s throwing the ball so much and has some solid new weapons in Duke Johnson and Gary Barnidge who both join him on this list of fantasy football waiver wire pickups.
