Leonard Hankerson-WR-Atlanta Falcons (13.6%)

While Julio Jones and Roddy White are still a pair of comfortable options for Matt Ryan in Atlanta, he’s also enjoying his new weapon who offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan brought in from his Washington days, Leonard Hankerson.  Hankerson and Shanahan will take on their former team this week as they host the visiting Redskins.

Hankerson has outperformed Roddy White for each of the last three weeks including an impressive 103 yards and a  touchdown against the Texans this week.  His touchdown and most of his work came early in the game before things turned into a blowout.

Hankerson is still a little risky since he loses most of Matt Ryan’s targets to Jones, but he has WR3 upside every time he plays and is a growing part of a good Falcons passing game.  Even if you’re not ready to plug Hankerson in to your lineup yet, he’s a nice WR depth pickup from the fantasy football wavier wire this week.
