Marcel Reece-RB-Oakland Raiders (2.8%)

Oakland’s starting running back, Latavius Murray took a monster hit from Steelers safety Mike Mitchell and is now in the NFL’s concussion protocol.  If he can’t get through all the tests in time for week 10, Marcel Reece is one of the options who could get a boost in a fill-in role for a week.

Reece ran three times for 21 yards last week and surprisingly didn’t catch any passes. Earlier in the season, though, Reece was very  involved as a receiver catching three passes or more in three straight games before last week’s shutout. On the season, he has 20 catches for 203 yards.

In PPR leagues, Reece could definitely be a flex consideration if Murray is sidelined this week although he’ll probably be part of a committee to try and fill in the Oakland backfield.
