22. Vaught-Hemingway Stadium (Ole Miss)

Home to the Ole Miss Rebels of the SEC, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium is one of the smaller venues in the conference, but that doesn’t take away from how great of an atmosphere is held inside.

Although the Rebels haven’t won a national title since the 1960s, the winning tradition at the school still runs deep. Heck, Ole Miss hasn’t even won a conference title since 1963, but even so, the Rebels seem to give Alabama a hard time recently, upsetting the Crimson Tide for the past two seasons.

Hugh Freeze might be brining this program back to national prominence, and that would make these loyal fans who travel to Oxford, Mississippi, on Saturdays very pleased. Not only is the atmosphere inside the iconic SEC stadium hostile and rowdy, the acres of campus outside the walls are known for prime tailgating and the Rebels have one of the more notable campus tailgating traditions out there.

The north endzone has the eighth largest scoreboard in college football and in the north end zone area, there is a huge upper deck, which used to be bleachers, with luxury boxes and suites, a somewhat unique placement for that kind of seating.

Expect Vaught-Hemingway Stadium to get even louder in the coming years as planned renovations for 2016 will add about 5,000 extra seats by closing off the north end zone.
Tough place to play, for sure.
