8. Kyle Field (Texas A&M)

Yes, another SEC stadium on the list, but to be fair, Kyle Field used to be home to a Big 12 squad before the Texas A&M Aggies switched conferences a few years ago.

Texas A&M’s Kyle Field is the former home to the first freshman to ever win a Heisman Trophy as Johnny Manziel, otherwise known as Johnny Football, graced college football with his unbelievable clutch play ability and his on and off-field antics. Is graced the right word? I don’t really know.

Kyle Field is one of those places where no team wants to travel to play 102,700 screaming fans are breathing down opponents’ necks and they’re not exactly the most hospitable crew – in a good way. This hostile crowd is a tough one to go against and it’s a big reason as to why the Aggies have nearly a 70 percent win rate at home.

Built in 1927, the original stadium could hold about 33,000 people, but as you can see, that number has skyrocketed over the past 90 years.

Known as the 12th man, this crowd can be one of the loudest in the country and even though a national title hasn’t been brought to College Station since 1939, you can bet Kevin Sumlin is on the verge of changing that.
