Crockett Gillmore-TE-Baltimore Ravens(17.0%)

For the third straight week, Crockett Gillmore is on my waiver wire pickups because I still think he’s the best available tight end option.  This week he failed to get into the end zone, but he did catch five passes for a season-high 101 yards in the Ravens costly 16-13 win.

Gillmore and the Ravens receivers will have to adjust to  Matt Schaub under center instead of Joe Flacco moving forward, but Schaub has made other tight ends useful for fantasy football and he could lock in on Gillmore since the other WR options in Baltimore are fairly unreliable.

Gillmore has four touchdowns in his last seven games, and he’s a big part of the Ravens attack.  There’s risk in adding him with the change under center, but he has the most potential of any widely available option heading into week 12.
