DeVante Parker-WR-Miami Dolphins (21.0%)

The Dolphins passing game was a wreck this week as Ryan Tannehill struggled to just 86 yards passing against the Ravens.  The only receiver who finished with more than five yards receiving on the week was rookie DeVante Parker who was the Dolphins first-round pick in last year’s draft.

Parker started slow due to injury, but he’s been coming on strong lately and has seized his opportunities due to injuries to Rishard Matthews and Kenny Stills.  Parker was targeted five times on Sunday and hauled in three passes for 63 yards and a touchdown on one of the best catches of the week.

While Miami doesn’t have much to play for, but they should see what they have in Parker against the Giants, Chargers, and Colts before finishing in week 17 with the Patriots.  Getting him in the lineup against the Giants this week is a high-risk, high-reward play against a porous Giants secondary.  He’s the most lineup-ready receiver widely available and has plenty of upside for the rest of the year.
