2) Indianapolis Colts – Ryan Grigson

Ryan Grigson should wake up every day and thank his stars that he somehow has a job in the National Football League. Grigson walked into an amazing situation in 2012 when the Indianapolis Colts hired him, loaded up with the top-overall pick in a draft featuring Andrew Luck. Grigson had a great draft that year with Luck, Coby Fleener, Dwayne Allen and T.Y Hilton, but then completely fell apart. Apparently, drafting to service the worst parts of your team is too much to ask, leading to horrific picks over the last three drafts.

With Luck, all the Colts need is a solid offensive line and a good defense. Grigson has completely forgotten those two areas, opting instead to select the likes of Phillip Dorsett, a speedy receiver out of the University of Miami (FL). In the meantime, Luck now has a lacerated kidney because of Grigson’s ineptitude and the defense is a sieve. The free-agent signings have also been deplorable, with Grigson always leaning toward older players with more name than game. Indianapolis, should salvage Luck’s prime and cut Grigson loose, replacing him with someone who understands how to find pieces to place around the franchise quarterback.
