2. Green Bay Packers

Let’s recap the last three weeks of the 2015 NFL season for the Green Bay Packers, shall we. They lost to a Bears team that, despite playing well as of late, is far inferior to Green Bay in terms of talent. They needed a miracle Hail Mary to top a bad Detroit Lions team and then beat up on a Dallas Cowboys team playing Matt Cassel at quarterback. Someone now tell me why I’m supposed to think that the Oakland Raiders can’t beat this team.

The Raiders haven’t been a picture of consistency this season and there’s no way around that. The silver and black have looked every bit like the young team filled to the brim with talent, but that still needs more experience and a few more pieces before they make the leap. That being said, they also have shown just how dangerous they can be at times, including a second-half rally to top the Denver Broncos last week.

The Packers’ defense is undeniably vulnerable both on the ground and through the air. If Derek Carr can remain composed and play like he did in the second half for Denver, and if Latavius Murray can get the rushing game working even with mild effectiveness, Oakland will at least have a shot of handing Green Bay their fifth loss of the year.
