Falcons owner trolls Cam Newton after upset win (Video)

Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank did the dab after his team upset the Panthers.
Entering Week 16, it was looking very much like the Cam Newton-led Carolina Panthers were going to finish their 2015 season undefeated. All that stood in their way were two games against the lowly Falcons and suspect Bucs. But while the Panthers obliterated Atlanta just a few weeks ago in shutout, blowout fashion — you can never count out a team that prides itself on rising up.
That’s exactly what the Falcons did on Sunday, beating the Panthers 20-13 and ending their rivals winning streak at 14-games. It was a shock to all, despite the fact that the Falcons remain above .500 and in the thick of the NFC playoff chase with a week to go in the season.
Before the postgame press conferences, Falcons owner Arthur Blank rose up and did the dab to celebrate the big win.
This could also be consider less of a dab and more of a ‘thriller’ move. Either way, Arthur Blank is the happiest owner of a team not destined for the playoffs this season. He may end up cleaning out his front office and making changes to the roster, but today’s a good day for the Falcons — even if it’s just a footnote on a season that might end up being meaningless.
