There are six games today, meaning that 12 teams are in action. The first game starts at 7:00 PM EST. Make sure your lineup is set by then!

There are some favorable match-ups today that you should take advantage of. The Washington Capitals travel to Buffalo to take on the Buffalo Sabres at 7:00 PM EST. The Capitals are red-hot right now and have a seven game winning streak. They are tied for second in the NHL with 108 goals scored and first in goals allowed with 72. Buffalo is slightly below average with 92 goals allowed and 25th in goals scored with 85.

The Los Angeles Kings take on the Vancouver Canucks. The Kings are reigning over the Pacific Division while the Canucks are barely hanging onto to a playoff spot. The Kings have scored more goals and allowed less goals than the Canucks by a pretty good margin. Be sure to take advantage of those two matchups!

The Colorado Avalanche and San Jose Sharks square off in San Jose at 10:30 PM EST. Both teams will have intriguing fantasy hockey options. Both the New York Rangers and Nashville Predators have been a bit disappointing as of late. Despite that, they still have some interesting fantasy options.
