Ohio State. Taylor Decker. 16. player. 16.
In the first year of the Rex Ryan era, the Buffalo Bills showed us signs of both success and failure. We saw LeSean McCoy, Tyrod Taylor, and second-round pick Ronald Darby have success throughout the year, but we also saw games like the Philadelphia loss exhibit the holes and shortcomings of this team in its current form. The offensive line killed the entire game with a multitude of penalties ranging from holdings to offsides calls.

In addition, Richie Incognito and Cordy Glenn will be free agents. Rex Ryan and his front office personnel must address this issue in the first round and make sure guys like Taylor and McCoy have the best group around them to succeed in this offense.

This is where Taylor Decker comes in. The offensive tackle from Ohio State is the highest rated offensive lineman on the board for Rex Ryan and can come in right away and start on the left side of the line. While his large frame can cause him to lose control of his balance, that is something he will work incredibly hard on leading up to the combine. Working on his core and footwork will be vital to his success, but he has time to adjust that before the draft.

Previous Pick: Taylor Decker, OT
. Offensive Tackle
