DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-January 3
High Value SF
T.J. Warren-Phoenix Suns (5,100): The cheap SF pool is pretty shallow this Sunday, but there are a few options worth considering. T.J. Warren is getting some run at the SF spot for the Suns lately as Phoenix looks to go young and fast in the wake of losing Eric Bledsoe. Warren has played big minutes in each of the last two games for Phoenix finishing with 54.25 fantasy points against the Thunder on Thursday and following that up with 29.75 fantasy points last night against the Kings. He can definitely score when given the opportunity and can add solid non-scoring numbers when he plays extended minutes. Since he’s part of the Suns future, look for him to get lots of minutes the rest of the season including tonight in LA where he’ll be lined up for success against the Lakers who allow the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing SF. ∗∗∗
Jared Dudley-Washington Wizards (4,400): Dudley’s playing time hasn’t been slashed too much by Otto Porter’s return since the two players are alternating between the three and the four. Dudley has at least 25 fantasy points in six of his last ten and had 32.25 fantasy points on Wednesday against the Raptors. He did have a horrible game against the Clippers last Monday finishing with -1 fantasy point, but he normally is a fairly reliable piece of the Wizards offense and a solid cheap play if you have to dig deep in the SF heap today.∗
