The Tennessee Titans finished the 2015 regular season on Sunday at just 3-13 following a loss to the Colts, showing that there is still a lot of work to get done with this franchise. There is a long way to go before this team can be in contention for anything, but with the season now over, they could look to start fixing things.

Of course, after firing Ken Whisenhunt during the season, the off-season moves will start with finding a new head coach. Changes will begin directly at the top, and there are really some interesting choices out there being talked about. To the surprise of none, one name constantly in the rumor mill is Chip Kelly, given his relationship with Marcus Mariota.

Speaking of Mariota, he showed some good signs during his rookie season, but he also showed some bad tendencies that people were afraid of. He also spent some time on the injury list, proving once again that his durability might be a question going forward in his career. But, this was also something that he battled at Oregon.

Basically, this team has a lot of things to work on before 2016 hits, and they probably won’t get it done immediately off the bat. This is going to take some time making them competitive again.
. (3-13). Previous: . Tennessee Titans. 32. team. 35
