53. <p>Sunday, the Cleveland Browns took on the Pittsburgh Steelers team, a Steelers team that needed a win for a shot at the playoffs. When all was said and done, they helped out their division rival with another poor performance. The regular season now over, the Browns finished 2015 with a 3-13 record and once again are searching for a lot of answers.</p> <p>Head coach Mike Pettine and general manager Ray Famer were shown the door as part of a complete overhaul. While that’s probably a change that needed to be made, there are many more moves that need to be made for this team to be remotely successful beginning next season.</p> <p>Really, as always seems to be the case with this organization, the big question really surrounds the quarterback position. Johnny Manziel did get some significant shots this season, but he really wasn’t all that overwhelming when he did get those chances. When you add in that there could potentially be some more off-the-field issues with the former Heisman winner, then the under center position in Cleveland is anything but crystal clear.</p> <p>With another horrid season now in the books, everyone in Cleveland can now wonder whether or not they’ll use their high draft pick on another person that can take the reins of the offense.</p>.
