While the need for a new quarterback is high in Cleveland, they currently stand to have an opportunity to select one with the first pick of the second round. For now it’s all about building up the rest of the team, while still getting a quality passer later in the draft.

One of the top pass rushers in this years draft, Joey Bosa has over come suspensions and overbearing hype in his final season at Ohio State. In the Buckeye’s championship 2014-15 season, Bosa was a Consensus All-American with 13.5 sacks and 21.5 tackles for loss. His sack and tackles for loss numbers were top in the Big Ten and ranked within the top five of all FBS programs.

What Bosa brings to Cleveland is a dominating pass rush and an athletic run stopper. He also has enough athleticism and versatility to move to outside linebacker if needed, but expect him to line up next to 2015 first round pick Danny Shelton. The combination of Shelton and Bosa could spell big trouble for guys who play them twice a year like Le’Veon Bell and Justin Forsett. Those AFC North quarterbacks should also be keeping their eyes open for Bosa coming off the edge.

Previous Pick: Jared Goff, QB
. Defensive End. Ohio State.
