The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had the No. 1 overall draft pick in 2015 and used it to select Florida State’s Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Jameis Winston. While the rookie season wasn’t necessarily the most fruitful, it was an indication that Winston could be their franchise quarterback of the future.

With another top-10 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Buccaneers have a chance to find a player to help build their franchise as they look to turn around their fortunes. The Buccaneers have needs all over and could select players at a handful of positions to help boost their team.

But why not focus on offensive tackle and take Notre Dame’s Ronnie Stanley. The Buccaneers get one of the two best players at their position in Stanely, at pick No. 9 that could be a steal at the end of the Top 10.

The other bonus is that it is a player who can anchor the offensive line and protect Winston for years to come. And who doesn’t want a player who can protect their franchise quarterback and No. 1 overall pick.

Stanley is 6’6″ and 318 pounds and has the prototypical size you’d want in a tackle and athleticism that doesn’t fit his mold. He can get downfield and sustain blocks.
. OT. Notre Dame. Ronnie Stanley. 9. player. 48
