High Value PG

Emmanuel Mudiay-Denver Nuggets (4,800): The Nuggets rookie has been back for three games since missing 14 games with a sprained ankle.  He has been coming off the bench but managed to be productive on Friday finishing with 16 points and four assists in his 26 minutes.  He has at least 23 fantasy points in two of this three games back, and he should get enough playing time to be a solid option especially at such a reduced price.

Tyler Johnson-Miami Heat (4,400): With Goran Dragic still sidelined, Johnson should be a nice option as he helps fill in even though Beno Udrih has gotten the last two starts.  Johnson has played 28, 29, and 31 minutes in Miami’s last three games and has 23.1, 20.8, and 26.8 fantasy points. HE could be in store for even more time depending on D-Wade’s availability.   Johnson is one of the Miami options off the bench that has some offensive firepower, so give him a look at his affordable price if you have to spend under 5K. With Wade-∗∗∗ No Wade-

Cameron Payne-Oklahoma City Thunder (3,900): Payne has been playing well when Russel Westbrook gets a break either becuase of game situation or ejection.  In his last two games, Payne has scored a total of 24 points with eight assists and seven steals.  He has totaled 23.1 and 32.9 fantasy points and he will get plenty of playing time if the Thunder pull away from Miami early. He’s risky only because of his uncertain playing time, but he has managed at least 17 fantasy points or more in five of his last ten games.

Beno Udrih-Miami Heat (3,800): Udrih was much better in his second start for Miami and even finished with a double-double of 11 points and 11 assists against Denver for a total of 33.1 fantasy points. He added in three rebounds and a steal while playing a monster 37 minutes.  He should be on the floor quite a bit again tonight with Goran Dragic out.  He’s a super-cheap start who represents a solid play tonight since he needs to do so little to return value. ∗ UPDATE: Udrih is OUT for tonight. Tyler Johnson will start in his place and is a five-star play. Udrih should be out of all your lineups as well.
