High Salary SF

Kevin Durant-Oklahoma City Thunder (9,900): Durant only played 30 minutes against the T-Wolves on Friday but still quickly piled up 39.7 fantasy points on 21 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.  He has at least 39 fantasy points in seven straight games, and he has the potential to go off for much more if the Heat can keep tonight’s game competitive.  Durant has scored at least 20 points in each of his last 26 straight games.

Kawhi Leonard-San Antonio Spurs (7,800): Leonard’s price has dropped below 8K since his numbers have dropped a little.  He has only reached 40 fantasy points twice in his last ten games, but one of those games did come Thursday in the Spurs’ win over the Cavs.  In that game, Kawhi defended LeBron excellently and finished with 20 points, ten rebounds, five assists, and two blocks for a total of 41.5 fantasy points. Leonard will likely be busy again tonight against the Mavericks who always play San Antonio tough. When the teams met earlier this season, Leonard finished with 26 points, eight boards, and five assists in 40 minutes. He’s risky due to recent form, but still an option I like a lot tonight.

Danilo Gallinari-Denver Nuggets (7,000): In his last game, Gallinari had his first off game since returning from an ankle injury seven contests ago. He only managed 11 points on 2-10 shooting and finished with just 15.8 fantasy points. Maybe it was a bit of a hangover from his huge game against Golden State on Wednesday when he posted 39 fantasy points to help the Nuggets to a huge win.  He had been rolling with at least 36 fantasy points in five of his previous six games, and I expect a bounce-back performance from Gallinari tonight against the Pacers in what should be a high-scoring affair. ∗∗
