28. <p>The Raiders are finally becoming a team that has to be respected across the National Football League. For years, this team has been nothing short of a disaster, constantly cycling through head coaches and quarterbacks. Now, the Raiders have some stability at both positions with Jack Del Rio and Derek Carr, respectively.</p> <p>After going 7-9 in 2015, it is clear that Oakland must find a way to get better on defense. The Raiders have a stud at outside linebacker/defensive end in Khalil Mack, but the erst of this group has way too many holes to make the postseason and do any damage. With the retirement of future Hall of Fame safety Charles Woodson, the Raiders would be wise to address the secondary early and often in this draft.</p> <p>Su’a Craves not only comes from a school right down the road, but he’s an athlete who can come in and play just about any technique in the book. Craves has nice size but elite speed, and someone who fits the mold of typical Raiders draft picks. If Cravens is on the board, you have to think that general manager Reggie McKenzie takes a long, hard look at taking the youngster.</p>. LB. USC. Su'a Cravens. 14. player
