High Salary PG

Damian Lillard-Portland Trail Blazers (8,800): Lillard hit a bit of a shooting slump in the middle of January, but he seems to be emerging from it as the month comes to a close.  He has at least 38 fantasy points in each of his last three games ad had a very nice game against Kemba Walker and the Hornets on Friday finishing with 40 fantasy points on 22 points, six assists, five rebounds, and three steals.  He is in a great matchup tonight against the T-Wolves who allow the fourth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PG. In his two previous matchups this season with Minnesota, Lillard is averaging 26.5 points, seven assists, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.5 steals. ∗∗

Kemba Walker-Charlotte Hornets (8,600): Walker struggled in his duel with Lillard on Friday finishing with just 28.6 fantasy points giving him back-to-back downer performances.  He should be in a good place to bounce back tonight, though, against the Lakers who allow the most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing PG. He had 38 points, six boards, five assists, three steals, and two blocks against the Lakers earlier this season, and owners will be hoping for a similar performance from Kemba who had posted at least 40 fantasy points in four of his five previous games before his last two games which have been a letdown. He will have to carry the load for Charlotte tonight with Nicolas Batum already ruled out and Jeremy Lin questionable.

Isaiah Thomas-Boston Celtics (7,800): Thomas has been outstanding for the Celtics all season, but he is dealing with an ankle injury which may be limiting his minutes lately.  Another factor cutting into his time is the return of a healthy and effective Marcus Smart, but Thomas is still the go-to option in the Boston attack, and he will look to take it to Orlando tonight after posting a quick 14 points and eight assists against them on Friday even though he only played 27 minutes.
