2016 NFL offseason: Tennessee Titans needs

Marvin Jones, Wide Receiver
Wide receiver Marvin Jones says the Cincinnati Bengals won’t be getting a hometown discount for his services. The four-year veteran was taken in the fifth round from Cal in 2012 and quickly became a reliable target for the Bengals.
After catching just 18 passes as a rookie, Jones went for 712 yards and 10 touchdowns on 51 receptions in 2013. An ankle injury cost him the following year, but he looked back to his solid form as the second receiver in Cincy this past year.
Jones had 65 receptions for 816 yards and four scores for the AFC North Champions and will surely draw a lot of interest on the open market. The Titans should be one of the first teams calling the talented wide out as they finished 25th in the league in passing yards and the best output by wide receivers came from Harry Douglas and Kendall Wright, each who caught just 36 passes all year.
Pairing the 25-year old Jones with Green-Beckham could give Mariota plenty to work with in the future.
