High Value SF

Matt Barnes-Memphis Grizzlies (5,200): Barnes is getting tons of time in Memphis’s newly-formatted rotation, but his production still varies on a nightly basis.  Barnes has scored 16 points in three of his last four games but also has been held to just one point or even zero points in three of his last seven.  He had a good game in Denver on Monday with 16 points, five assists, five rebounds, and two steals finishing with 32.5 fantasy points, and I think those kinds of numbers are realistic to expect from him tonight as he faces Sacramento who have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing SF this season and the fifth-most over their last five games.

Robert Covington-Philadelphia 76ers (4,900): Another roller-coaster ride of production the season has been Robert Covington of the Sixers.  He has at least 21 fantasy points in five of his last eight games, and has been playing more minutes lately due to injuries and the departure of Jakarr Sampson. He’s high-risk, but if his shot starts dropping and the game stays close he has a ton of upside for a player under 5K.

Mario Hezonja-Orlando Magic (3,700): Hezonja has been pushed into the starting lineup with the injury to Evan Fournier, and he had two nice games of over 20 fantasy points before disappearing lsat night and only finishing with 4.9 fantasy points. Hopefully everyone else moves on from him tonight, and he’s barely owned as the Magic take on the Bulls.  Super Mario should get another start though with Fournier considered doubtful, and I wouldn’t read too much into yesterday’s rotation since Aaron Gordon and Victor Oladipo also sat much of the second half along with Hezonja.
