5 free agency destinations for Bradley Beal

For Beal to end up on Washington’s Southeast Division rival Miami Heat’s roster in 2016-17, that would mean the franchise’s most decorated athlete Dwyane Wade has decided to leave South Beach in free agency after 13 Hall of Fame seasons with the Heat.
While that would mean the end of an era in Miami, perhaps top executive Pat Riley could poach from within the Southeast Division and get Beal to sign with the Heat to both offset the loss of Wade, as well as weaken rival Washington.
Having a starting backcourt of point guard Goran Dragic and Beal at the two could give Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra the dynamic backcourt duo he could use to build another winner around. Given that Beal will play the 2016-17 NBA season at only 23-years-old, one has to believe that playing in a winning basketball culture like Miami will make Beal a more efficient player. His career offensive and defensive efficiencies of 102 and 106 respectively could certainly use improvement.
It’s not a likely scenario by any stretch of the imagination for Beal to sign with the Heat because if Wade has his choice, which he probably does given what he has meant over the years to the Heat organization, the future Hall of Fame two-guard will play his entire NBA career in Miami. However in the improbable likelihood that Wade leaves, Riley would absolutely entertain the idea of bringing Beal to his organization in Miami.
