5. Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks made a pretty big splash in the offseason last year when they were able to convince Greg Monroe to choose them over the bright lights of New York City. Monroe has been playing center mostly for the Bucks this season, but that isn’t the position where he is best-suited. Monroe can certainly play at center in smaller lineups, but is a bit of a liability defensively at the position.

Recently, Miles Plumlee has been getting starts at the center position with Monroe coming off of the bench. Jason Kidd doesn’t appear to be thrilled with the idea of playing Monroe at the five, and that could make the Bucks and an excellent fit for Dwight Howard. If the Bucks signed Howard, they would be able to slide Monroe to the power forward position, which is his natural spot.

Unlike most big men, Monroe would be able to space the floor fairly well next to Howard, as he has a very nice mid-range jumper. The Bucks would have an extremely big and athletic starting lineup from guard to center if Howard was in the mix, as he would be able to help turn around a disappointing 2015-16 season as a needed defensive force in the middle.
