High Salary PG

John Wall-Washington Wizards (9,800): Wall had a top-flight triple-double last night gains the Bulls with 29 points, 12 assists, ten boards, and three steals for a monster 69 fantasy points. He has at least 42 fantasy points in each of his last six games coming into tonight’s matchup with the 76ers.  Wall has averaged 26 points, 9.3 assists, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and a block in his three games against Phily this season, and as long as he isn’t too worn out from last night’s 39 minutes, he should be set up for another huge game tonight.

Damian Lillard-Portland Trail Blazers (8,900): Lillard’s numbers have been down lately due to a lack of competitive games.  Either the Blazers have been blowing teams out or getting blown out, so he has only been needed on the floor for 30-32 minutes.  The last game he played more than that, he tore up the Wizards for 41 points and 11 assists on his way to 69.75 fantasy points. He’s in a tough matchup against the Spurs in San Antonio, but his ownership will be low given his recent slow numbers which makes him a solid option for GPP play.

Kyle Lowry-Toronto Raptors (8,200): Everyone was worried that Lowry would be rested on Tuesday, but he started against the Bucks and finished with 25 points, 11 assists, and 49 fantasy points in just 28 minutes as Toronto cruised to a win. Tonight, he gets a good matchup against the Pacers as he looks to get over 48 fantasy points for the third game in a row and his seventh time in his last ten games. Lowry doesn’t get a lot of hype playing for the Raps, but he’s in great form coming into tonight.

Ishmael Smith-Philadelphia 76ers (6,400): If you don’t go with an elite option at PG, there are some solid mid-range options available as well. Smith is my favorite of the bunch in a good matchup against the Wizards.  Phily will be facing Washington for the fourth time this season with all three previous matchups happening in February.  Smith has over 20 points in two of those games with at least five assists and multiple steals in each of the contests.  Especially with the Wizards coming off a game last night, I expect tonight to be a very high-scoring game with Smith and Wall both putting up very good numbers from the point.

Emmanuel Mudiay-Denver Nuggets (6,200): Mudiay has been stepping up for Denver lately since the injury to Danilo Gallinari left him to carry much of the workload.  Mudiay has at least 31 fantasy points in six of his last eight games although he struggled against Orlando on Tuesday with just 14 points and 22 fantasy points. He should be able to bounce back in Atlanta and is a high-risk, high-upside play for tonight.
