The NBA has a busy Thursday night ahead with eight games on tap, so it’s a great night for DFS fantasy basketball using my DraftKings daily picks.

While watching your brackets disintegrate today, don’t forget there’s a solid night of NBA basketball on tap for tonight as well.  While Thursday can sometimes be a slower night, tonight there are eight games lined up including several important games to the playoff races, the Spurs trying to stay undefeated at home, and some teams meeting for the fourth time this season. Get in on the action by putting together a DFS fantasy basketball team with the help of my DraftKings daily picks found on the following slides.

More from Atlanta Hawks

There are two Eastern Conference games tipping off at 7:00 PM ET to get the action underway as the Pacers host the Raptors and the Sixers welcome in Washington.  At 7:30, another good Eastern Conference games starts in a matchup of potential playoff teams as the Hornets fly south to take on the Heat. At 8:00, the main wave of games start with three tip-offs including the Nuggets@Hawks, the Grizzlies@Bucks, and the Nets@Bulls.  The Spurs try to stay undefeated at home starting at 8:30 minutes later as they welcome in LaMarcus Aldridge’s former team from Portland.  The “late” game of the night takes place in Utah where the Suns visit the Jazz in a 9:00 start time.

There are a plenty of options to consider for your eight-player DraftKings team tonight, but there are a few key matchups to attack and to avoid at each position.  To see the players I think are ready to help you get a win tonight, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. My goal is to give you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team tonight. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

At the beginning of 2016, I  started to rank my picks using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). On the final slide of the post, you can see my recent results at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for tonight’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to see my lineups and use them as a place to get started.
