4. The Browns really, really, really need a quarterback

Quarterback Johnny Manziel was an absolute disaster in 2015. His 2014 season was so bad that the team brought in 36-year-old Josh McCown as a starter. Though Manziel had extreme talent, he was a waste of a first-round pick due to his off-field antics which have included alleged issues with substance abuse and allegations of domestic violence.

The Browns need to find the face of the franchise, someone who will bring stability and consistency to the organization. Since the Browns struggle during the draft and since 2016 is not a  year with deep talent at quarterback, the team really needs to find someone through free agency. Signing RGIII will allow the team to focus on procuring talent at other positions. The Browns have had a rough off season so far, losing several critical players. Signing RGIII will free up their first-round pick for another dynamic player, assuming the team can draft more wisely this year than in years past.

Otherwise, the Browns will be facing another year with McCown at the helm. While he is an adequate quarterback, he is not the future of the Browns organization.
