30. Case Keenum, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams gambled on a Sam Bradford for Foles trade prior to the 2015 season. While Bradford didn’t exactly light it in Philadelphia, Foles really struggled, and Los Angeles is back to the quarterback drawing board heading into 2016.

All signs point to Los Angeles heading into training camp with every intention of making Keenum the starter, despite the fact that a few options are still available. Keenum put up respectable numbers in six games last season, posting a quarterback rating of 87.7 with just one interception, giving him the edge over Foles.

However, Keenum is unproven to say the least, struggled at times during his prior tenure with Houston, and doesn’t have a deep receiving threat in Los Angeles to take advantage of his best skill. It’s hard to imagine Los Angeles doing much better than .500 with such limited upside at quarterback, and the Rams should be in win-now mode with all their talent on the defensive side.

The Rams would improve by adding Griffin III or especially Fitzpatrick, but it appears to be Keenum’s job to lose at this point. Los Angeles could also turn to the draft if either Goff or Wentz fall that far, as the next quarterbacks would be a bit of a reach at No. 15.
