High Value SG

Brad Beal-Washington Wizards (5,400): In what has been an up and down season for Beal, he has looked relatively healthy lately for the Wizards and is producing decent numbers. Beal has at least 25 fantasy points in six of his last eight games since returning from a troublesome sprained pelvis.  He played 31 minutes last night, so there’s definitely some risk in tonight’s back-to-back against the Kings.  It’s a great matchup since Sacramento allowed the fifth-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing SG, but make sure he’s not going to be held out or on a minutes restriction since it is a back-to-back.

Wesley Matthews-Dallas Mavericks (4,900): With all the injuries in Dallas, Matthews has had to step up and he now has double-digit scoring in each of his last five games with at least 22 fantasy points in each contest as well. Matthews has averaged 17.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.4 blocks in those five games. Tonight he’s in a good matchup as the Knicks come to town making him a solid play.

Josh Richardson-Miami Heat (4,700): Richardson got a spot start on Monday in place of the ill Goran Dragic.  He played a heavy workload with 38 minutes and totaled 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, two steals, and a block for 33.75 fantasy points. He has at least 27 fantasy points in seven of his last ten contests even though he has been coming off the bench for most of those games.  Even if Dragic is active and plays his normal minutes, Richardson should have a field day against the Lakers suspect backcourt defense, and is a really attractive play with a ton of upside in the late game tonight.

Devin Harris-Dallas Mavericks (3,200): Another player who has filled in well for Dallas lately is veteran Devin Harris who has at least 27 fantasy points in each of his last two games despite a ugly 3-10 shooting night on Monday.  He played 29 minutes in that contest and will be in for plenty of minutes against New York again tonight since Deron Williams is out again.

Garrett Temple-Washington Wizards (3,000): If Beal is out or limited tonight, the chief beneficiary will be Temple who will make a good gamble since he had 20 fantasy points or more in each of his last two games in which he saw 30 minutes.  He’s only worth a look, though, if Beal is unable to go. No Beal-∗ With Beal-too risky
