No. 4 – Buffalo Bills

Rex Ryan’s team made it clear that they were kicking the tires on the two top quarterbacks in this year’s draft class, Jared Goff and Carson Wentz. The Bills were reportedly in love with both and in talks to possibly trade up into the top two picks Thursday.

Alas, it looks like the Bills will be left out of that sweepstakes and, since they haven’t signed Tyrod Taylor to anything long term, are still in the market for a high quality starting NFL quarterback. Sam Bradford, meet your possible new NFL home.

Indeed, the Bills are not as much of a project as other teams on the league (or on this list) and if they could land Bradford, they would have a nucleus of young talent that includes LeSean McCoy at running back and Sammy Watkins at the receiver spot.

With Tom Brady now being suspended for the first four games of the season, the AFC East has again come up for grabs. Miami, New York and Buffalo have all become players again in the division, so the Bills need to solidify the most important position on the field with someone who can remind them what it’s like to win.
