It is time to give out our 2016 NFL Draft grades.

Alright, it is the time of year where we hand out draft grades about five years too early. You know it, I know it, and yet here we both are. It is one of those things that is like a moth to a flame. We know that grades are useless today, but it’s my obsession to try and figure out the future. It’s your obsession to agree or disagree.

This year, the draft had very few prospects who seemed like a can’t-miss. Jalen Ramsey might have been the safest pick in the draft, while Paxton Lynch could certainly be the most controversial. The best part about this year was all the trading, including Chip Kelly going back into the first round for a guard while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers traded third and fourth-round selections for a kicker.

In the end, some teams just built the foundation toward a Super Bowl run while others hurt their long-term future with bad decisions. Nothing impacts a team more than the draft, despite what the free-agency frenzy would have you believe.

Let’s take a look at each team and hand out the grades, certain to appease and outrage all at once.
