After the San Jose Sharks creamed the St. Louis Blues 3-0 in Game 3 to grab a 2-1 series lead in the Western Conference when is Game 4?

The San Jose Sharks made a huge statement in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals by devouring the St. Louis Blues 3-0 to take a 2-1 lead in the series. Game 4 should be an extremely important game in the series for both teams. San Jose will be looking to put St. Louis on the ropes by grabbing a 3-1 lead in the series while St. Louis will be hoping to tie the series at two games.

In order for the Blues to tie the series at two games each, they will have to find a way to penetrate the thus far impenetrable Sharks defense and get pucks past Sharks goaltender Martin Jones. Jones has three shutouts in his last four games, so that is a lot easier said than done.

San Jose, despite the 3-0 win in Game 3, will need to get more pucks to the net. They only had 16 shots on goal in Game 3. That is less than ideal, but if their defense can remain stellar, perhaps they don’t need to pepper St. Louis with shots on goal.

Game 4 will be held on Saturday May 21. The game will be aired nationally on NBC beginning at 7:15 PM EST following the Preakness. In case you can’t watch the game on television, you can watch it on your computer or your smartphone courtesy of NBC Sports Live Extra.
