Luwawu is another high-rising prospect who is much more developed than Caboclo, although still a project of sorts. <p>Luwawu is 6-7 with a 6-11 wingspan and he uses it to his advantage on both ends of the court. Timothe’s defensive projections are impressive as he used active hands this season to poach 1.7 steals for Mega Leks. His offensive game is explosive — especially in the open court — but it’s his improvement in the 3-point area that has him jumping into the NBA lottery this season. Last season he shot 37.2 percent from distance in the Adriatic League and the 20-year old wing will likely only continue to improve in that aspect of his game.</p> <p>The Toronto Raptors finished the season falling to the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals and while DeMar DeRozan is a looming free agent, all signs point to his return to the Toronto.
