Cleveland Indians

The Indians are in the middle of a 12-game win streak which has landed them at the top of the AL Central with a 47-30 record and a six-game lead. Despite playing so well, their outfield play has been mediocre. They are currently splitting time between Rajai Davis, Tyler Naquin, Jose Ramirez and Lonnie Chisenhall.

While the outfield play has not been horrible, Bruce makes sense to add. It is likely that Bruce will lift his no-trade clause if the Reds and Indians can come to an agreement.

Bruce wants to go to a team that has a chance to contend and possibly win a World Series. The Indians have proven that they are not a fluke, and they will be near the top of the division all season.

Bruce can add a power bat to this already strong lineup and provide some protection for players like Michael Brantley and Carlos Santana. He will most likely play right field if he lands in Cleveland, but his defense has never been his strong point. If he is traded, his bat will be the reason.

The Indians are a team that needs some outfield depth and Bruce is a player that can put them over the top.
