46. . Head Coach. Indianapolis Colts. Chuck Pagano. 14. player

Chuck Pagano is a warrior. Diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia during his first season as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, Pagano took an indefinite leave of absence from his coaching duties to go through treatment. He was diagnosed in September, received treatment for three months and then returned to his head coaching duties on Christmas Eve.

The Colts rallied around their coach and when he returned, in a moment that would make a grown man cry, Pagano led his team into the playoffs. This all happened in his first year as the skipper for the Colts, and Pagano has had a successful four years with the team overall, despite going just 8-8 during the 2015 campaign.

Chuck Pagano battled cancer and came back to coach his team just four months later. How could you not want to have a beer with this guy? To learn about his journey, to talk a little football — a pint with Pagano would make for great conversation and a wonderful life lesson.
