4. Mike Glennon

Mike Glennon had a stretch in 2013 where he played some pretty decent football. In the two years since then, he’s sat behind Josh McCown and Jameis Winston on the Buccaneers’ depth chart. Glennon did not take a single snap in 2015.

The Bucs have been actively shopping the three-year veteran this summer. There’s little use for him and his $1,830,375 cap number behind Winston, who figures to be the face of the franchise for years to come.

Technically speaking, Glennon has been less game-active than Vick. He comes in at No. 4, ahead of Vick, only because he is still on a roster. Whether that roster changes from Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Minnesota Vikings, don’t expect much from Glennon in 2016.
