1. Mike Wallace, Baltimore Ravens

The number one pickup if you own Keenan Allen in fantasy football is Mike Wallace. At one time, Wallace was considered one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, but he has been on a steady decline in recent years. Wallace signed with the Baltimore Ravens in the off-season, and is looking to resurrect his career.

The good thing for Wallace is Joe Flacco is back, as the quarterback was ready for Week 1 after an injury ended his season in 2015. Also returning for the Ravens is Steve Smith Sr., who like Flacco, saw his season end on the injured list. Adding a quality receiver like Wallace is only going to make the Ravens better, if he can be consistent.

Wallace wasted no time showing Baltimore Ravens fans what he can do, scoring a touchdown in the second quarter of their Week 1 match-up against the Buffalo Bills. The truth is, he is a downfield threat, and has not had the kind of quarterback who plays to his strengths. With Flacco, he has a guy who throws the ball farther than almost every person alive, so he will not have to worry about getting huge gains down the field.

Losing Keenan Allen does not have to destroy your season. These five players are going to have solid years in 2016, and they all should be available in your league. Everyone is going to be searching the waiver wire after Week 1, so make sure you jump on these players soon.
